Terms of Service

By accessing or using ZorroUI ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

ZorroUI is an independent UI tools comparison and review platform. We research, test, and review design tools, Figma kits, component libraries, icon libraries, page builders, and AI-powered UI resources. The Service allows users to:

• Browse and search a curated directory of UI tools
• Read independent reviews and ratings
• Compare tools side by side
• Save favorite tools (Pro plan)
• Access advanced filters and data exports (Pro plan)
• Receive a weekly digest of new tools and reviews

ZorroUI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the tools we review unless explicitly stated. All ratings and reviews reflect our independent assessment.

To access certain features of the Service you must create an account. When creating an account you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, transferred, or sold to another party.

Free Plan: All registered users have access to the full tools directory, all published reviews, and basic search and filtering features at no charge.

Pro Plan: The Pro plan is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features including:

• Saving tools to a personal list
• Advanced filters (release date, API availability)
• Priority access to new features

We reserve the right to modify the features included in each plan at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

Pro plan subscriptions are billed at $12.00 USD per month. All payments are processed securely by Paddle, our merchant of record. By subscribing you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

• Billing occurs on the same day each month from the date of your initial subscription
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period except as described in our Refund Policy
• Paddle acts as the merchant of record and may display their name on your bank or card statement

All prices are in US Dollars. Paddle may apply applicable taxes based on your location.

The Service and its original content — including but not limited to reviews, ratings, comparison data, written copy, design, and code — are and remain the exclusive property of ZorroUI and its licensors. Our content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Service without our express written permission. Quoting brief excerpts with attribution is permitted provided a link back to the original source is included.

Tool names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their presence on ZorroUI does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content or data without written permission
• Use automated means to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable personal use
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Transmit any malware, spyware, or harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with any person or entity
• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. Reviews and ratings reflect our opinions at the time of writing and may not reflect current product states. Tool pricing and features change frequently — always verify current information directly with the tool provider.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZORRROUI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

ZorroUI participates in affiliate and referral programs. When you click certain links to tool providers on our site and subsequently make a purchase or sign up, we may earn a commission or referral fee at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not influence our ratings, reviews, or editorial decisions. We review tools independently and our scores reflect our honest assessment. All affiliate links are routed through our /go/[slug] redirect layer so they are clearly identifiable.

We are committed to transparency. Any material relationship with a tool provider beyond a standard affiliate arrangement will be disclosed clearly in the relevant review.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription as described in Section 5.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
